Hotels in Istanbul

There are several good hotels in Istanbul, located in the city center, on the Bosphorus, or near the airport. These hotels can be deluxe five stars or interesting boutique style special category hotels, reasonable four stars or simple three or two star hotels, so they are for every budget or expectations. Some of the five star and deluxe hotels are international chains and some are local chains, all offering the best service and quality during your stay in Istanbul. You can also choose four star superior hotels for a better budget and good quality, or stay in three star hotels if you're traveling on a limited budget.

Besides five star hotels, there are many special category hotels too which we call them as "boutique style hotels", or some HIP (Highly Individual Place) hotels which is a new luxury trend. These are usually restored old buildings and decorated in the traditional Ottoman way. They are small hotels with few rooms and are very stylish. Some of them are along the Bosphorus and some located in the old city center.

Today, Istanbul has over 146.000 bed capacity divided in all categories. In 2019, 14,9 million tourists visited this magnificent city but in 2020 it dropped to 5 million due to Covid-19 global pandemic. In the future more visitors are expected and several new hotels are in construction.
