Istanbul, historically also known as Constantinople is the biggest city in Turkey and 5th biggest in the world with its population of over 16 million. The city is located on Bosphorus strait and it is a former capitol of three great empires; Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman.

This megacity is a cultural, economic and financial center of Turkey. Istanbul is among the fastest growing economies in the world due to the fact that headquarters of many famous Turkish companies are located there.
